Installation and terms of Service

4.1  we provide door to door service for domestic customers,foreign customers need to install the machine by themselves. Our engineer atthe request of foreign customers can door-to-door service, but users areresponsible for accommodation, round tickets visa fees and so on (domesticexcept). And pay our engineer 100USD one day （becauseof the virus, now no engineer goes outside）

4.2  The seller isresponsible for equipment packaging costs, use FOB export situation

Warranty scope and manner

5.1.1 Since user as the date of buy is responsiblefor one year warranty.

5.1.2 warrantyitem: machine transmission and electronic control system

In the followingcircumstances, our factory is not responsible for warranty, execute collectfees repair:

1. Artificialdamage, such as the machine damage cause by foreign body in fall.

2. Users withoutmanufacturers agreed to repair itself or has been disassembled.

3. Users withoutchanging accessories etc.

4. Customerproduction voltage instability caused electric damage.

5. The userhandling of corruption.

Considerations

6.1 The machine maincomponents should be checked regularly, Such as welding and  cutting bearing working case, filling oil appropriately to ensure that it is workingproperly.

6.2 Periodically checkthe wear of the welding, Appropriate adjust the pressure, In the case ofguarantee welding well, make the pressure minimum.

6.3 Each unwinding traystension should be checked in order to adapt to the production needs.
